These initiatives exist to provide young people with a safe, high-energy space to develop leadership, resilience, and a positive relationship with movement, ensuring they are equipped to thrive into adulthood.

For Mental Wellbeing
Designed to support Taha Hinengaro, these programmes leverage structured, supportive physical activity to reduce isolation, build community connection, and foster resilience against life’s challenges.

Rooted in our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, this work ensures our services are culturally affirming and accessible, strengthening whānau bonds and empowering Māori and Pasifika communities through shared active experiences.
